Q: Are your products authentic?

A: Superfeel is a Singapore- registered company. We source from established channels or import directly from the country of origin. More details can be found on the HSA website.

 

Q: I am still doubtful because you are selling cheaper than many retailers?

A: Our strong connection enables us to source better. We buy in bulk to achieve cheaper prices. We skip middleman and only operate online to cut costs, so we can sell cheaper.

 

Q: However, there are still a handful of shops selling cheaper.

A: Cheap might comes at a higher price. Customers should avoid buying from unknown sources to avoid fake goods or expired goods.

 

Q: Some of your products do not have expiry dates?

A: Some manufacturers provide “batch code” instead. Customers can search for the dates by searching “check batch code” on the internet. Some countries do not require indication of dates. Kindly approach our staff when in doubt.

 

Q: How do you handle “returned goods”

A: We dispose if there is quality problem. If there is no quality issue, we will sell them during our annual warehouse / clearance sale at a discount rate whereby it will be made known to customers before they purchase.
